These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the store-pilot.net website and the StorePilot early access program. By using the website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms.

2. Early Access Program

• StorePilot is currently offered free of charge as part of an early access (beta) program.
• Early access features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time as we develop the product.
• When paid plans are introduced, we will notify early access members in advance; nothing will be charged without your explicit agreement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use StorePilot only for lawful purposes and only on websites you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of analytics and session recording on your store complies with the laws that apply to you and with your own privacy policy toward your customers.

4. Intellectual Property

The StorePilot name, website, and software are our property. Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and Next.js are trademarks of their respective owners; StorePilot is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The early access service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StorePilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the service.

6. Termination

You may stop using the service and ask us to delete your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the website or service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
