See where your WooCommerce funnel loses shoppers

A built-in WooCommerce funnel, revenue and cart abandonment, and traffic analytics in one place — with every order and abandoned checkout one click from the session behind it.

Why it matters

Pageviews don't tell you where the money went

Generic analytics counts visits. A store needs to know which step between the product page and a paid order is costing it customers.

  • Funnels take setup

In most analytics tools a checkout funnel means event tagging, goals and an afternoon of a developer's time.

  • Revenue lives elsewhere

Orders sit in WooCommerce, traffic in another tool, and matching the two ends up in a spreadsheet.

  • Numbers without people

When a step drops, a chart can't show you what happened to the shoppers who left it.

What you get

Store analytics that start from the sale

  • Built-in WooCommerce funnel

Stores running the plugin get a product → cart → checkout → order funnel with nothing to configure.

  • Funnels of your own

Build steps from pages, leads, orders or clicks. Lead, order and click steps match stored records rather than guessing from URLs.

  • Revenue and abandonment

Revenue, orders, average order value and cart abandonment — with abandoned and ordered value on funnels that pass through checkout.

  • Traffic you can trust

Pageviews, unique visitors counted in the database rather than estimated, time on page and bounce rate for any date range.

  • What sells — and what doesn't

See which products get viewed, which get bought, and which do neither.

  • From number to session

Every order and abandoned checkout links to its recorded visit, so a drop in the funnel comes with footage.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Do I need to set up events or goals?

No. With the WordPress plugin, pageviews, orders, products and the built-in WooCommerce funnel work as soon as it is activated.

Where does the revenue data come from?

Orders are reported by the WordPress plugin server-to-server with your site's secret key. Browsers can't post orders, so nobody who reads your page source can put invented revenue into your dashboard.

Can I use StorePilot alongside Google Analytics?

Yes. They run side by side — many stores keep GA4 for marketing attribution and use StorePilot for what happens between the product page and the paid order.

Why might a day's numbers differ from my WooCommerce admin?

StorePilot buckets daily figures by UTC day, while WooCommerce uses your store's timezone, so a single day can be off by the hours at either end. Multi-day totals are effectively unaffected, and the dashboard tells you when your browser isn't on UTC.

Does it work on Shopify or other platforms?

Traffic analytics and custom funnels work on any site with the script snippet. Orders, products and the built-in WooCommerce funnel need the WordPress plugin.
